Never put your health on the back burner. Your physical and emotional well-being should always be a top priority. By removing different types of foods from your diet and noting changes, you get to know your body and how it reacts to certain hormones and additives in those removed foods.  This is an important step to diagnosing food allergies.

Ereena embarked on a 60 days of juicing with her husband, saw its benefits, and teaches clients to get started with a 20-day regime of clean eating, smoothies, and juicing to change the way your body feels and operates for the better.

 

What You Can Do

Ereena recommends the following:

  1. Drink half of your body weight in water each day. 
  2. Drink herbal tea also--it tricks your body into thinking it's having a meal, because tea is warm like soup.
  3. Eat apples. 
  4. Put your health first, always.
